The second stage of the International Stanisław Moniuszko Vocal Competition concluded on 9 May, as 40 singers, including 12 Poles, had performed before the judges. Fourteen of the participants, including 4 Polish singers, proceeded to the finals.

List of finalists

The finals will take place on 11 May, starting at 6 p.m. The contestants will be accompanied by the Orchestra of the Polish National Opera under Andriy Yurkevych. Each will sing two arias, one by a Polish and one by an international composer. The results will be announced later in the evening, followed by the awards ceremony.
